Michael Itzhar Belachovsky Veteran of the Prime Minister’s Office, served in the Diplomatic Corps in various countries, specializing in the field of intelligence and security.
He established the Chamber of Commerce Israel - Portugal and served as president for about 20 years.
In 2002 Mr. Itzhar was awarded by the President of the Portuguese Republic the title of “Officer of the Order of Commercial Merit” for his outstanding contribution to the development of economic and cultural ties between the two countries.

Yair started his career as an intern at Shibolet & Co law firm in the field of commercial law Specialization in the fields of: Companies, Hotels, Taxes and Real Estate law. He then moved on to become a Manager-Director at Plaza Hotel Tel Aviv LTD. The company owns the "Herods" Hotel TLV. The hotel is managed by Fattal hotels chain. In 2019 he was appointed as a Director at Real Estate Participations in Israel Ltd (REP) until 2021, a governmental company founded in 1968. REP is an asset management company providing total management services in Israel. REP manages approximately 160 yielding assets, including office buildings, commercial centers, logistic parks, industrial complexes, parking lots, residential units and more. In 2021 Yair was appointed Director and Member of the Strategy and Business Development Committee, the Israël Experience an Educational Tourism Company from the Israeli government.
Yair has extensive experience in the Project Management and Development of upscale residential and office buildings as well as in the Asset Management of office and retail assets. Yair is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2014. Yair holds a Master in Government Specialization in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security, Cluster in Cyber-Terrorism from IDC Herzliya and a LL.B Specialization in International Business Law and Bachelor in Business Administration from IDC Herzliya.

Anthony Karavani

Anthony started his career in Shanghai, China, setting up an E-commerce start-up called M1NT Cellars introducing foreign wines on a tailored online platform, delivering throughout China.
As a 3rd generation from a family active in Real Estate, Anthony has been working in the field of Real Estate investment from acquisition to development of residential and commercial properties with one focus to optimizing the value of building and restructuring of property. His experience ranges from High-end developments and yielding property management in Belgium to commercial properties in Germany and Residential developments is Eastern Europe. As as the managing partner from the niche consulting firm Terra Reim, he focussed onfinancial consulting and restructuring Real Estate Portfolios in Europe.
His hands-on and result driven approach are the cornerstones of a successful management.
Anthony holds a Bachelor in Applied economics and Business Science from Lessius Business School in Antwerp an extension of KU Leuven.
António Pereira

With a 45-years of career in leadership, management and transformation of hotel units, António has worked for national and international groups, such as Othon Hotels, Holiday Inn, ITT Sheraton, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, HDP – Hotéis de Portugal and Marriott Hotels & Resorts, in units such as Rio Othon Palace, Rio Palace, Rio Sheraton, Ocho Rios Sheraton, Mencey Luxury Collection, Sheraton Porto and Sheraton Lisboa.
Thanks to his experience, know-how and management expertise in the tourism sector, António has the mission to contribute and improve the services and performance of small and medium-sized projects. He has several degrees in management, leadership and strategy from INSEAD, AESE and GLION.
He was President of the Lisbon Convention Bureau, Vice-President of the Hotel Association and representative on the board of directors of the Tourist Office of Tenerife.

Tamara started her real estate career in B2B Brokerage and deal origination in Greece in 2015.
She progressed in the financing, development, and management of Real Estate mid-large transactions and acted as managing director of a private equity firm. Tamara is a partner in multiple Real Estates projects. Tamara has strong sales and business development skills. 3 years of SaaS sales and advisory to a property technology startup in business development and establishment of go-to-market strategy. Tamara holds a B.A and LL.B with specialisation in international business law from Reichman University in Herzliya and MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business.
Noa Cohen

She started her career as legal counsel at FBC&Co law firm. Her practice concentrates on development projects, planning and zoning, sale and lease of real estate assets, and real estate taxation with extensive experience and management skills specializing in legal aspects. Her clients during this time included Israel's leading real estate, construction and insurance companies, institutional and private investors and REITs. She then moved on to become a Property Manager for CASTRO, The leading fashion brand in Israel, a company with large real estate division. As a senior manager she was responsible for the development of properties and management of all domain lease agreements.
Noa is working as a Property Manager at Adidas Israel. Noa is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2015. Noa holds a LL.B and B.A in Government specializing in Diplomacy and Strategy from IDC Herzliya. She is currently studying for an MBA specialization in marketing at the IDC Herzliya.
Amit Tam

Amit began his career as an attorney at the firm Fischer. He dealt with legal support for real estate transactions of all types, including sale and purchase transactions and rental transactions. Additionally, he provided the legal support in planning and construction issues, urban renewal, purchase groups, conducting proper inspections for yielding real estate properties, legal treatment on various issues with the Israel Land Authority, the tax authorities, the planning institutions and the local authority.
Today, Amit provides legal consulting and real estate management services to the property division of the Jewish Agency for Israel. Fellow member of the Israel Bar Association since 2012. Holds an L.L.B degree from the University of Haifa.
Shai Itzhar
Art Director
Shai studied psychology for his BA degree at the Open University of Israel, and MFA studies in film directing at the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University.
His final project, Alouette (2016), is a short dramatic musical who won several awards, and screened at international film festivals around the world, such as the 17th Beverly Hills (LA) Film Festival, the Muvi International Film Festival (Portugal), and the 7th Delhi Shorts International Film Festival.
Shai is a graduate of the UXV Certification program of John Bryce as a UX designer. The design skills he earned there, alongside with Shai's storytelling abilities led him to be the founder and the CEO of STUDIO SHINE. This studio focuses on visual content. Shai adds his creative thinking and unique content into every project he gets, whether it's a product presentation, promotional film, video editing and or many more.
Doron Itzhar
Asset Management and Business Development in Germany and Portugal
He started his career as E-Commerce account and marketing junior manager at Repeat Group LTD - Textile & Design, Hong Kong, China.
Later on he moved to become a Real Estate broker focusing on the European market. Doron is Director of Marketing and managerial duties of assets and commercial properties in Germany and Portugal.
Doron holds a Bachelor in Business Administration specialization in marketing from IDC Herzliya.
Yaara Fried

Yaara served as an army liaison to 150 combat soldiers from low socio- economic families, solving complex problems in the field of soldiers' welfare. Her experience in sales and HR in a United States based Cosmetics company for the past 3 years lead to an increase in company productivity and efficiency. From administrative duties to sales training of new employees, Yaara developed a wide range of skills on an organization level.
